El Charro is fantastic fresh food I've tried it all the Mojarro the best I've ever had. I used to live in North Hollywood California and it reminds me of the quaint eccentric and distinctive Mexican Cantina and the prices are amazingly affordable

Probably more of a lunch place. Very a la cart (pay for chips/refills, bottled drinks - even water). Small Mexican market which is fun. Lots of things you can't find in most groceries. I had the pulled pork chimmy which was really good. However, some of the pork was dried out to the point of being inedible. I was full all the same. Family enjoyed their chicken or steak chimmy. Guac included and it was good.

It was ok, not impressed. Nice little store to purchase goodies for the kids.

Definitely among my favorite of Mexican restaurants, here you can get great quality authentic Mexican food, not "Tex Mex" The Tortillas are hand made in front of you, the food is made fresh at the time you order it! They have a salsa buffet where you can get a variety of different sauces to top your food off with, the customer service is 100% on point on every occasion! Been here close to 65 times we are regulars for there Taco Tuesday, tacos are $1 and they make the best!! Meals I recommend trying are definitely the tacos any kind, they have steak, chicken, pork, al pastor, Barbacoa, and many more, there Fajitas are fantastic, the caldo de res is delicious, there flautas de pollo are delicious, the fave great guacamole and chips! This place is highly recommended for "Authentic " Mexican food.

Good food, freshly prepared. It was genuine Mexican food and the toppings bar is fun too.

This place was a huge disappointment, I asked for chicken fajitas and I specifically asked if it was chicken breast, the girl at the register said yes. I get my order and upon inspecting my food it was chicken thighs. Then to replace the order I asked for sopes the beans were nonexistent. It was smeared very lightly with beans and tons of lettuce. Huge disappointment.

Good food good atmosphere

This is the best food around. Fresh plentiful portions of wonderful real Mexican food. The people are so friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable.

This is the best Authentic Mexican Resturaunt I’ve been to yet in Florida. It’s family owned and has a great environment. The food is Delicious and very well priced. Staff is very nice.

Haven't been here in almost 10 years and the food and service is the same as I remember great.

Got two breakfast style burritos(eggs, steak, beans, rice) and hibiscus water to go from here. It was delicious! They were making the tortillas from scratch when we walked in. Salsa bar was great. We could not place an order over the phone, they only allow you to order when you're there but they made the food so fast, it didnt matter. Prices were way more than reasonable. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous menu, simple counter ordering and delivered to your table. The camaron de diablo is highly recommended! Horchata was outstanding! Can hardly wait until we return!

If you like to eat Authentic Mexican cuisine, fast and professional services. This is the place to be. However, it's getting a little pricey

Worst meal I have have had, the three enchilada meal (2 beef, 1 chicken was my order) - the beef was horrible the chicken not much better; my grandson ordered the hamburger specifically without cheese but it was the worst excuse for a plain hamburger. The paddy was paper thin and just plain bad and they put cheese on it anyway.

We ordered chips and salsa and they were visibly burnt. We tried them anyway and asked for new ones. They kindly got us new ones but I felt like it was a bad business practice to try and serve them in the first. The salsa was awesome! The chicken chimichanga was delicious (golden and crispy) and my husband enjoyed his tacos. It's not cleanest environment and a little sketchy. There were people few men sitting outside on benches with multiple suitcases. The restrooms were definitely not ADA accessible.

Beef and chicken dry from taco bot happy at all. Will not be back.

Not your regular restaurant but definitely authentic Mexican food, they even make their own tortillas like right behind the register lol. Great taste! Great price and a locals favorite. If you don’t mind the look you’re in for a great meal 👌🏼

White Portlanders on our way to Legoland. El Charro was friendly, affordable and tasty! Got posole, a torta, tacos, and simple items for the kids; all delicious. Lots of meat in the posole, and it was so tender. Also tender corn tortillas. The place was busy, for a Tuesday for lunch; good vibes there!

Found this using Google Maps on a road trip. It had so many reviews we decided to try it instead of getting fast food. Amazing tacos and quesadillas! Walked in close to closing, but they were happy to make us dinner. Oh, and the chips and salsa were delicious too.

The best tacos around Arcadia, the service always great, i been trying almost everything on the menu and the do everyplace so good so yummy. Place is really packed on weekends but is worth the wait. The offer bread Mexican style some pottery too.

I’m from out of state and this place is very authentic and delicious. Great prices, delicious food, very busy during lunch hr. Good customer service. Very packed during lunch but they have the manpower to get you in and out somewhat quick. They need more kitchen help to get you out quicker tho.

If you're looking for fresh delicious authentic Mexican food this is the place! I had the chorizo chimichanga and it was amazing! But the star of the show was the barbacoa taco, soo tender and juicy! I also had a tongue taco that was the most tender one I've ever had. You could tell they put pride in their food, and they were super friendly, too. Also had a bakery with delicious Mexican baked goods to go. I will be back for sure😋

food felt rushed out but the ladies who work there were nice and helpful. not awful but not the best either.
